One of the striking aspects of the college is its sound infrastructure and learning resources. The College has well-lighted, well ventilated, spacious class-rooms with proper seating arrangements. We also have a very rich library with sufficient facility of air and light. During the last five years. The College has been successful in providing the students with modern facilities of Internet Computers, Multi-media Projectors as learning resources. The College has constructed two Computer Labs. The internet connectivity is made available to the students, teachers and the entire staff through BSNL connectivity. Very soon, we are also planning to install Wifi connectivity in our building. Computer Instructor is hired by college for students and teachers. Many of our teachers possess the working knowledge of computers. Teachers are provided with laptops by the institution. For the teachers who lack the skill of using computer, training programmes in computer is specially arranged. Many of our class-rooms are well equipped with multi-media projectors and technology enabled teaching learning equipments. Some of our teachers make use of ICT for teaching. The college has a Digital English Language Laboratory for learning and developing English language proficiency for students. Computers with internet connectivity are placed in the library, the staff common room two computers labs, English Language Lab, Ambedkar Office in all the administrative sections of the college and in Principal’s office. The internet facility is equally utilized by faculty, students and administrative staff as per their requirement.


We have a rich library enriched with sufficient number of qualitative books. The College subscribes to almost all the important journals and magazines for the enhancement and widening the horizons of knowledge for students, teachers and research scholars. During the last three years 3000 new books and many new journals have been added in the library. The College Library uses then list Inflibnet services for further access and uses Auto Library Management System Software. Many CDs on study topics are available. Apart from the regular textbooks and reference books, the libraries also own many books and journals for competitive exams and career development for students. A Xerox Machine with printing facility is also available in the library. The college encourages the students and the staff to offer literary contribution in the college souvenirs published every five years.


The Library has an adjoining newly built and furnished reading room and the students are facilitated with all necessary infrastructures in the best possible manner. The economically, socially and physically the deprived students are supported with Book Bank facility. Such students are procured with necessary books on demand at a token charge. The Library also offers the facility of Computer with Internet Connections for exploring more information. The Librarian tries to offer all the possible support to the students in the best possible manner.


New additional Class-rooms with multi-media facility are available for Technology based teaching learning process. New separate room for Embroidery and Tailoring class has also been constructed and is in use for teaching tailoring and embroidery work for the women belonging to the deprived sections of the society. New Conference Exam Hall, separate reading rooms for boys and girls have been constructed to facilitate their stay in the college. Separate water Drinking facility with R.O. for both boys and girls along with separate Toilets have been newly constructed. Moreover, separate Sports Complex is also in the verge of completion to facilitate and boost sports related activities. A new Girls hostel has also been constructed to facilitate the girl students belonging to remote and distant areas. New two computer labs have been constructed for developing and imparting computer skills among the students.


The College has adequately large play ground for practicing games and sports. The Ground is commonly shared by sister institutions of the campus.


The conference Hall of the building is often rented to conduct seminars, workshops as well as for conducting cultural programmes to various institutions on token charges. This generates some small revenue for the college.


As the soil of the college is full of saline, it’s difficult to grow many trees. However, with the efforts of the students we have been successful in developing a small garden in the college and plant some trees surrounding it. We have firmly determined to make our campus Green and Clean and thus contributing our share for balancing the environment. The College right from the beginning has been environment conscious and eco friendly. All the infrastructure of the college is well maintained by the Management and the Principal. In brief, inspite of our constraints and limitations, the college is proud of good infrastructure and learning resources.


Following are the infrastructure facilities available for curricular activities: (Academic Activities):


  1. Adequate class-rooms are available for conducting teaching work in Arts and Commerce Subjects. As P.G. Classes are conducted in the noon sessions, sufficient rooms are available for the teaching activities.
  2. The College has a separate large examination Hall for conducting examinations. The college also owns a big library along with spacious reading-rooms.
  3. Two multi-media rooms had been newly constructed for power point presentation / Multi-media presentation.
  4. The College has a Digital English Language Laboratory for Learning English and developing Language proficiency.
  5. There are two full-fledged Computer Laboratory for Computer Teaching and Learning activities.
  6. The College also has separate rooms for boys and girls.
  7. The Examination Hall is also utilized as Seminar Hall.
  8. The College also possesses technology enabled learning spaces.
  9. Technology enabled Teaching-learning equipments such as Multi-media projectors, Over Head Projectors, Electronic Scanners, Laptops; Computers etc. are available for effective teaching learning process.
